Our services include but are not limited to: character creation tools, worldbuilding resources, comic creation software, a community forum, and the ability to publish and share your creations with other users. We may also offer additional services or features from time to time, which will be subject to these Terms.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary to keep it current. Cometverse Comics reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe that you have violated these Terms or that your account has been compromised.

You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, or share on Cometverse Comics ("User Content"). You agree not to upload or share any User Content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

All content on the Cometverse Comics website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Cometverse Comics or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without our express written permission. However, the intellectual property rights of User Content belong to the respective creators as described above. We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us at copyright@cometversecomics.com with the following information: a description of the copyrighted work, a description of the infringing material, your contact information, and a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized.
6. Prohibited Conduct
